Wanyang International Mall is located in Gongyi City, Henan Province, adjoining Dufu Road. It occupies a total area of 500 mu (33.35 ha), with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan. With foundation laid on December 10, 2011, the construction was divided into 4 phases and was planned to be completed in 3 years. A deep pit of more than 100 mu (6.67 ha), which was abandoned for years, will be built into an underground three-level parking lot, making efficient use of this inefficient land. When the project is completed, it will be able to provide jobs for more than 10,000 people, generate an annual transaction volume of up to 6 billion yuan, and annual profits and taxes of more than 150 million yuan.
